Centor Oceania is looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Operations & Administrator to assist with all aspects of the business. This is a full-time position, on-site in the South East Suburbs.
You will be working as part of the executive team which is tasked with growing sales across the whole of the Asian Pacific and developing new products for the agricultural seed technology market - as well as within the local team located in Carrum Downs.
We are looking for someone who wants to work in a dynamic role, that has varied responsibilities. You will be working within a tight-knit team, and reporting directly to the Global Sales & Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
Sales administration procedures, sales reporting and maintaining the CRM
Managing internal sales process to ensure that all inquiries and orders are being dealt with efficiently and effectively
National and international operations logistics of freight
Liaising with existing and new clients by working closely with the Global Sales & Business Development Manager
Providing administration support
Minute-taking of internal meetings
Picking, packing and dispatching a range of orders and raw materials
Assisting with stock maintenance and ordering
Working with a range of local and international manufacturing partners
The ideal applicant will possess:
Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse operations, or a similar role
A terrific customer relations manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great organisational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, and deliver great outcomes
Proficient in the Microsoft suite
Experience picking and packing orders
(Non-essential) Valid Forklift license
